The Cross Country team competed in the 7th and 8th grade Championship meet yesterday in Scottsboro.  Maddox had two runners who qualified for the title of an Allstate runner:  Anna Mobley (finished 7th overall) and Hudson Feeeman (finished 17th overall ).   All of our runners ran well and we are proud of them all!!!

Vikings Wreak Havoc on the Patriots

The Walker Viking football team brought home a victory on Senior Night at Ki-Ro Gambrell Field against the Homewood Patriots 17-14. For the majority of the game, the defenses were the highlight for both teams.  The halftime score was 0-0.  Walker’s defense has built a “bend, don’t break” mentality which proved crucial for the Vikings.

The Walker Viking Band proved Saturday what most folks around here already knew. They are one of the top bands in the state of Alabama.
