Vikings defeat Rockets in Region Play.

Walker Vikings Men’s soccer defeated Gardendale Thursday night in a key area 11 region game. The Vikings would come from behind on two different occasions to force extra time. West Alabama Invitational

Both the men’s and women’s soccer teams will travel to Tuscaloosa this weekend  to take part in the West Alabama Invitational Tournament.  The boys will open on Friday against American Christian, while the Lady Vikings will play Holt on Thursday. The tournament concludes with the knockout rounds on Saturday.

A New Era for Vikings Soccer

The lady Vikings will take the field for the first time ever Thursday  at the West Alabama Invitational Tournament in Tuscaloosa. The Vikings will open with Holt on Thursday night, followed by ACA on Friday.  The tournament will wrap up on Saturday in with opponents to be determined.

Vikings Start 2017 with a victory!

The Viking boys opened the 2017 soccer season with a win over Muscle Shoals Friday night.  David Santana, Lucio Ortiz, and Domingo Solis all scored in the 3-1 win over the Trojans.  The Vikings will participate in the West Alabama Invitational Tournament in Tuscaloosa March 2nd -4th.

Walker Vikings secured the Area 7 championship for the second consecutive season. The Vikings finished with a 3-1 record in the area and will host Hillcrest in a first round playoff match. The match will be at Walker on Saturday, April 30th at 5 P.M.
